Our agency manages 12 local law firm websites across different states, each with their own domain and LocalBusiness schema. When Claude answers 'best employment lawyer near [city]' queries, it sometimes cites one firm, sometimes cites another, sometimes cites none of ours. There's no geographic pattern we can detect. Should we be building a parent Organization entity to link them all, or is this a training data gap we can't fix?

Claude's training data has uneven geographic coverage—some regions are overrepresented, others are sparse. Adding Organization parent schema won't help; Claude doesn't use real-time local signals like Google does. Focus on getting each firm cited in local directories, bar association listings, and legal publications that were in Claude's training cutoff, then monitor which firms start appearing.
