We're a B2B SaaS marketplace (150+ vendor integrations) using schema.org/CollectionPage + hasPart relationships to vendor profiles (schema.org/Organization + schema.org/Offer). When ChatGPT answers 'which vendors support [integration]?', it cites vendor sites directly 65% of the time—completely bypassing our discovery layer and our commission model. We've tested schema.org/AggregateOffer + BreadcrumbList restructuring. Is this a fundamental limitation of how LLMs flatten hierarchies, or is there an entity model that positions us as the authoritative aggregator instead of a pass-through?

LLMs treat CollectionPage + hasPart as reference metadata, not authority signals—they'll cite the individual entities because they're more specific. Test schema.org/mainEntity (pointing to your marketplace) + schema.org/author (your org) on vendor profile pages, plus add a schema.org/AggregateRating on your collection page with explicit reviewer attribution to your platform. If that fails, the issue isn't schema—it's that ChatGPT's training data treats vendor sites as primary sources regardless of aggregation hierarchy.
