  • Only new customers count — workspaces created through your link within 90 days.
  • The first ambassador link a customer opened wins.
  • You can't earn on your own workspace or one you're a member of.
  • Refunds and chargebacks are deducted from your balance.
  • No spam, no ads on the RankCaster brand name and no misleading claims — violations pause the account and may forfeit unpaid commission.

FAQ

Will I get help getting started?+

Yes. After approval you get a free onboarding call, training materials, regular webinars, a private community and free 1:1 consultations whenever you need them. Your personal support contact is set up on the first call.

Do I need a RankCaster account to apply?+

No. Apply with your email. Once approved you sign in to your ambassador dashboard with a one-time link — no workspace or subscription needed.

When and how do I get paid?+

Each commission is held for 45 days (the refund window), then paid out once a month in USD by PayPal, Wise or bank transfer when your balance reaches $50. You add your payout details in your dashboard after approval.

What counts as a payment?+

Every payment a customer you brought makes in their first 12 months: the first payment, renewals and upgrades. Tax is excluded.

Can I refer agencies I already know?+

Yes — as long as they're new to RankCaster and create their workspace through your link.

Can I be a customer and an ambassador?+

Yes. Your own subscription just doesn't earn commission.
